Corporate Status:
The company was incorporated on 21st September, 1991 as a private limited company and converted into a public limited company as on 21st November, 1994 under the Companies Ordinance 1984. The shares of company were listed on the Stock Exchanges of Pakistan in September 1996. The Authorized Capital of the Company is Rupees 500.000 million.

The registered office of the company is situated at 88- Ali Town, Thokar Niaz Baig, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

The factory is located at 18-KM Raiwind Road Lahore with constructed area of Approximately 100,000sq. ft. ona a land of 42 Kanals. The Company has also purchased 27 acres of land to meet the future needs of expansion at Raiwind Manga Road, Lahore.
